PrettyMay for Skype was developed because Skype lacks functions that make calling not so comfortable,So PrettyMay has been designed to extend the functionality of Skype considerably, Features PrettyMay adds are Emailing Forwarding,calling recording, Automatic answer for both Skype and so on.

How long a call or voice message can PrettyMay record?
In current vesion, unlimited recording time for register user,30 minutes recording time limitation for unregister user.

How to use SMS notification when receive new voicemail(s)?
Click menu "Tools"->"Options",focus to "SMS notify" dialog,firstly,select "Enable SMS notify when receipt of new voicemail" checkbox as following snapshoot

,then input your mobile phone number which will receive the SMS in the field,see the following snapshoot.the number is full international telephone number with prefix '+'.you can click "Test Send" button to send a test message to the input number.


How to check voicemail(s) remotely from regular phone/mobile phone?
Firstly,you must set the authorized access telephone number or Skype account by Click menu "Tools"->"Options",focus to "RemoteAccess General" dialog,input your regular phone/mobile phone number in "First telephone number" or "Second telephone number" field, The number is full international telephone number with prefix '+',see the following snapshoot


You can test the input number by click "Test Call" button.

After you save your input by click "Apply" button.now you can use the authorized access telephone number or Skype account call your Skypein number,PrettyMay will auto answer it for you,then Enter the PrettyMay IVR system.

IVR system says:"Welcome to PrettyMay Interactive Voice Response System"
"Press key '1' to access unread voicemail"
"Press key '2' to call regular phone via Skypeout"
"Press key '0' to get help"
"Press key '*' to hang up"

In this case.you should press '1',then IVR system will play the unread voicemail for you if it exist.

If you would like to make a international call using Skypeout from regular phone/mobile phone easily,you can do some additional settings with following steps.Click menu "Tools"->"Options",focus to "RemoteCall" dialog,click "Add" button to add a shortcut number attach to a real number.see the following snapshoot



The left field you select is the shortcut number,the right field you input is the real number corresponding to the shortcut.the real number can be a full international telephone number with prefix '+' or a Skypecast number.
In Confirmed voice field,you can record or select personal voice attach to the shortcut number above,for example,the shortcut number attach to a Skypecast number,so you can record a voice "Skypecast...". When you enter PrettyMay IVR system.first press key '2',then press '#'+this shortcut number+'#',IVR system will ask you to confirm this shortcut number.you press '#' to confirm,PrettyMay dialing the number for you.

Firstly,Focus to "Share music" Tab,add the sound file you want to share by right-click mouse. See the following snapshoot.

Make sure that you are in a conversation and you are playing sound file in PrettyMay.in this case, the "Play sound effect in a conversation" option will be enable.select it as the this snapshoot..then your contact will hear the "sound effect" you are playing.

How to Save a Skype voicemail to local file by manually?
Look at following snapshoot,select one unsaved Skype voicemail which have no saved icon in its "Download" column,right click to show the context menu,select "Download" to begin to save this Skype voicemail,the duration is equal to duration of the Skype voicemail.

How to use email notification/forwarding when receive new voicemail(s)?
Click menu "Tools"->"Options", focus to "Mail forwarding" dialog,Firstly,select the "Enable mail forwarding" box,in the "Basic" settings field,you can select whether send the notification mail with voicemail file attached.in "Destination e-mail address" field.you input the address which notification mail send to.the following two field are the subject and the text of notification mail.click "Configuration..." button to config the SMTP server that used to send the notification mail.
