When call prettymay using skype, there are times when instead of hearing the audio "Please input your pin", it says "The person you are calling is unavailable

Do you using the Call Center software ? Or call recorder software?

What's the version you are installed?

Hi,

Which call center version do you use please?

Please make sure you use the latest version which should be v4.2.0.192, you can download it from:
 http://www.prettymay.net/PMCallCenter-setup.exe

Also, does your server have a sound device?

If not, you can install a VAC, for more details, please refer to below URL:
