I'm looking to create a remote from home call-center type system.
Can I have more than 30 reps on the phone at the same time?
Can I upload a lead system to skype so that they can call the next call? How would this work if I can or cannot?
I know I need the license for 500 and it's $2.95 per month per person. Are there any other charges associated with this?
Currently Prettymay Call Center only support manually dial out feature, the auto dialing out feature is under development.
